You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Digital Products
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Digital product sales are final after download because of the nature of the product. If a file will not download, contact us within 7 days and we will help you get the file or, where the file cannot be delivered, refund that purchase.
AI Chat Services
The optional chat assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. By using it, you acknowledge that:
- Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
- Your inputs may be recorded and used to improve the Service
- You should not share financial data, health records, or passwords in chat
- AI chat responses are not professional advice
A consent notice is displayed before your first chat. By continuing, you agree to the recording and processing described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting a formal dispute, contact legal@thepennywisepalate.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. If we cannot, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration in California, or in the state or federal courts located in California if arbitration is unavailable. You may bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@thepennywisepalate.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
